Shipping

Shipping is free for most parts of the USA.

We aim to ship all craft orders within one working day of the order being placed.

We ship orders Monday - Saturday.

All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked delivery which are then passed over to USPS when they arrive in the USA.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed with tracking information to keep up to date with your order's progress. Orders can be tracked on both the Royal Mail and the USPS website. In the unlikely event that your order is not received within 20 days, please contact us and a replacement order will be dispatched if deemed necessary.

Delivery to the USA usually takes 5-7 working days.
